Zusammenfassung
Brookhaven ist ein VR-Survival-Shooter für das HTC Vive. Die Spieler müssen mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Waffen und Werkzeugen immer furchterregendere Wellen von schrecklichen Monstern überleben, um herauszufinden, was den Beginn des Weltuntergangs verursacht hat, und, wenn sie stark genug sind, diesen zu verhindern.
Die Geschichte
Etwas ist furchtbar schief gelaufen. Heutzutage gibt es nicht mehr viele Menschen. Die... Dinge, die aufgetaucht sind - nachdem das Experiment ein Loch in die Realität gerissen hat - haben dafür gesorgt. Du bist dir nicht sicher, wie viel Zeit dir oder der Menschheit selbst noch bleibt. Wenn du genug Kugeln und Batterien hast, kannst du vielleicht lange genug leben, um die Monster abzuwehren und das Morgen zu erleben. Wenn du genug Morgen siehst, kannst du vielleicht zum Ereignis zurückkehren und das Loch verschließen, aus dem die Monster immer wieder auftauchen.

The Brookhaven Experiment is a budget title, through and through. It strikes me as one of those games that you'd find in a VR Arcade, good for a quick hit. But if you can afford to go there, then you might as well grab this game and save yourself the trip.
Initially I was skeptical as to how Phosphor would adapt the 360 degree room scaling of Vive for the limited capabilities of PlayStation VR. And even though their 180 degree turn solution can lead to the occasional disorientation, it is a good idea, so you can experience this intense horror shooter in almost all its glory.
Scary and immersive, if you like horror games and shooters, get it. Be warn about jumpscares, on VR are VERY real.
