Death by Game Show ist ein Tower Defense/RTS mit einem komödiantischen Twist, inspiriert durch den Film Idiocracy. Im 26. Jahrhundert ist die Menschheit völlig und unwiderruflich dumm geworden... mehr noch. Nur ein liebenswerter Glibber namens U.H. Wutt verfügt über ein akzeptables Maß an Intelligenz, aber die Droiden und Roboter, die jetzt die Welt regieren, sind von U.H. Wutts Nicht-Moronalität nicht begeistert. Aus diesem Grund wurde U.H. Wutt zum Tod durch die Spielshow verurteilt.

A lack of variety and a bit of polish on the mechanics leaves the game feeling less like a release and more like a well-made flash game you might find online. With a difficulty rating that shoots sky-high in relatively little time, this is a game that only the hardest of hardcore players will complete and enjoy to its full potential.
A pretty decent and challenging tower defense game, that mixes strategy and a fast paced gameplay. If you are searching for something way harder than usual in the genre, this could be the game for you.
As a strategy game, Death by Game Show is incredibly simple and not very fun to play. Combined with the repetition of arcade games, it becomes a tiresome puzzle game. Add in the aesthetic, and you have a game that I would not recommend.
