A Sequel That Skipped the Original Switch

Desperate for answers, Caroline travels to the remote town of Villa Hess and a mysterious clinic nestled in the mountains of southern Chile.
Gameplay stays true to the fixed-camera survival horror formula that defined the 90s. Players can choose classic tank controls and limited saves echoing the genre’s golden age, or opt for an assisted mode for a more modern experience. Environments expand well beyond a single setting, taking in abandoned schools, shopping centers, and other decaying corners of Villa Hess.
Post-launch, the game received a notable free update. Developer Dual Effect added a New Game Plus mode that increases enemy counts and jump scares, while giving players two new weapons – an Electric Lance and a Flamethrower.
